  • ​Listen to SoundCloud Guided Visualization

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

    • During the Guided Visualization, close your eyes and allow yourself to be free of distraction so that you can enter your fullest state of awareness.

    • Listen, feel, taste, and savor the words. Treat this visualization as you would treat your favorite meal, slowly chewing, noticing the temperature, texture, flavor, etc.

    • During the visualization, don't be tempted to write or document the ideas that come to mind, in fact don't even try to think! Just by listening to the words ideas will begin to pop in your head.

    • Perhaps turn your phone off? - (I know, I know)

  • At the end of the guided visualization, with ideas fresh in your mind - retreat to any part of the classroom and start documenting .

    • ​This might be in the form of writing, sketching, or even entering a place of deep thought. Regardless, utilize whichever documentation method works best for you.

    • Write down everything that comes to mind - fresh in your head, you can filter out things that are unnecessary later.
